I'm an editorial photographer based in Charleston, South Carolina. I travel as much as possible, I have a darling dog named Dignan, and I enjoy thrift shopping, Netflixing and eating out. Long walks on the beach are just OK.

Champions of Breakfast

Michael: What comes before anything? What have we always said is the most important thing?

George Michael: Breakfast.

I was thrilled when the creators of Charleston's hottest new breakfast spot, Millers All Day, asked me to help them introduce themselves to the neighborhood by capturing their gorgeous new space (designed by Whitney Rietz) and their heart-stopping-in-a-good-way menu by executive chef Madison Tessener and pastry chef Davee Harned. Aside from their seriously elevated all-day breakfast delights (the pastries nearly sent me into a fit), they offer an array of salads and sandwiches, and an extensive happy hour menu that includes some really unique cocktails. Take a look, and then put Millers All Day on your Charleston restaurant hit list!

The Millers' folks also asked me to take a picture of this guy: Sidi Limehouse. He's a bit of a legend around these parts, and this portrait now looms large in the restaurant!

Millers All Day is quickly becoming famous for their Unicorn Grits, which get their unique color naturally from red kernels of corn.
